TG Lenihan & Co. Ltd. has gained extensive experience over the last 4 years in estate design and has numerous projects to its credit. We have a good working relationship with the Local Authorities and have the in-house expertise to provide this service going forward. We also provide engineering support during construction i.e. set out, site inspections, foundation inspections and resolving any engineering issues on site.

Civil Commercial/Industrial

The company has experience in industrial projects, i.e. factories/warehousing and commercial developments in town centres. Extensive knowledge has been gained in reinforced concrete and steel design.

TG Lenihan & Co. Ltd. is also engaged in project management of these types of projects in recent times and can provide this service going forward.

Planning

TG Lenihan & Co. Ltd. can provide Planning services for once-off houses and schemes of residential developments. We have in-house 3D design software, along with the expertise to provide clients with photo-realistic images and walkthroughs of dwellings. This gives clients a full appreciation of their house design prior to applying for planning permission. Here again we have many projects to our credit.

Agricultural

Based in a rural locality, many Planning applications involve agricultural developments. North Cork has a thriving agricultural community and our Company provides services relating to the design and planning of agricultural buildings. Extensive experience has been gained here and good working relationships have been established with the local offices and advisory services.

Mechanical

The company has significant experience with the design of mechanical equipment. This includes design of aerial work platforms, mobile cranes, horse walkers, etc. We have a Mechanical Engineer in staff and have 3D solid modelling capability with finite element analysis. This service would benefit any Mechanical Engineering Company that wishes to reduce cost and improve efficiency of existing machinery.

Environmental

This section of the Company provides various services which include:

• Waste Permits
• Discharge Licences
• EPA 2000 site suitability tests and much more besides.

TG Lenihan & Co. Ltd., in recent times, has also been working very closely with Local Councils in the development of Waster Water Treatment Plants for small villages. The company has many developments to its credit throughout the province.

Fire Engineering

We have in-house capabilities of preparing Fire Certificates and have a good working relationship with Local Authorities.

Structural Design

TG Lenihan & Co. Ltd. has two Structural Engineers on staff and is capable of designing complex steel structures and reinforced concrete. We have up-to-date software to carry out finite element analysis of steel structures.
